ABSMS gets GTZ – DTI Accreditation

ATHENA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ABSMS), a young and dynamic group of management professionals in Aklan recently got accreditation from the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), an international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations and DTI as Business Development Service (BDS) provider for Aklan after passing rigid screening to test BDS competencies. Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was held at Hernani’s Mix ‘n Match, Kalibo, Aklan on February 27, 2008. Mr. Lorenzo F. Templonuevo, GTZ Region VI Coordinator and Mr. Volker Steirgerwald, GTZ Visayas Coordinator, DTI Regional Director Dominic P. Abad, Provincial Director Ms. Ermelinda P. Pollentes and TESDA Provincial Manager Edwin Villanueva witnessed the event.

Mr. Guidon Dela Cruz, President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Larry Barbaza, President of the Aklan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ms. Roselita C. Sauza, President of the Aklan Food Processors Development Coop were among the special guests.
